As a by product of the xbox one policy of allowing you to use your games anywhere by signing in to your microsoft account you can share your entire xbox one library with a friend or family member. Designate an xbox one console as your home xbox.
Click on your info add an email address and remove the old one.

How to gameshare once youre ready select the icon at the top left on the home screen then navigate to the user account menu again on the left.
If i understand correctly you want to update the email address on your xbox live account.
As an xbox live gold or xbox game pass ultimate subscriber you can share the benefits of xbox live gold and xbox game pass ultimate with others while theyre using your xbox one console in your home.
Do either of the following.
Press the xbox button to open the guide.
Click on your profile in upper right hand corner.
Click on view microsoft account.
Select add new and then add both accounts to.
Select make this my home xbox to designate the console as your home xbox.
Login to same credentials as xbox.
